Bianca Granicolo

Bianca Granicolo is the Senior Human Resources Manager at Powell Contracting. She brings extensive expertise across a wide range of HR functions, including employee and labour relations, culture development, diversity and inclusion, workforce and leadership development, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.  Bianca’s personal philosophy is grounded in honesty, respect, and empathy. She strives to lead by example, treating every employee with care and consideration.

 

Since joining Powell Contracting in 2021, Bianca has held various roles, including Human Resources Generalist and People & Culture Manager. She earned her degree in Psychology from Carleton University and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management at Georgian College.
