William McCallum

William McCallum is the Senior Estimator for Powell Contracting, overseeing the estimating team in his current role he. He joined Powell Contracting in 2011 as a Project Manager and became an Estimator in 2013. He was promoted to Senior Estimator in 2019, where he has been able to help grow the estimating team to where it is today.

 

William attended George Brown College graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Technology. He is currently a member of the Civil Engineering Technology PAC with the College. Over the years he has offered his mentorship to students who have taken part in The Construction Institute of Canada’s Student Bid Competition, to show future graduates how gratifying working in this construction industry can be.
